Terms & Conditions

These terms set out the agreement between you and British IPTV when you use our streaming service, from what your account is for and how payment works, through to acceptable use, liability limits and how the 7-day money-back guarantee applies. Read this page alongside our refund policy and privacy policy for the full picture, and message support on WhatsApp if any part of it needs clarifying before you subscribe.

The Service We Provide

British IPTV provides a subscription streaming service giving access to live channels and on-demand content through supported third-party media players, such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, IBO Player and XCIPTV, on devices including Fire TV Stick, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Android TV boxes, Apple TV, Windows PC, Mac, and MAG or Formuler boxes. The service includes live channels, an electronic programme guide, catch-up TV, on-demand content and pay-per-view events as described on our other pages.

By purchasing a plan or using a free trial, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service, and contact support on WhatsApp with any questions first, before subscribing.

Current plans, device counts and pricing are listed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time; the price and terms that applied when you purchased a plan are the ones that apply to that plan for the period you paid for.

Your Account And Login Credentials

Access to the service is provided through login credentials tied to the plan you purchase. These credentials are for personal or household use only, and are limited to the number of devices included in the plan you bought — for example, a 1-device plan is intended for use on one device at a time, not shared across an unlimited number of connections, and a 3-device plan is intended for use across up to three devices within the same household.

You agree not to resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, or commercially share your login credentials or access with anyone outside your own household. Doing so is treated as a breach of these terms and may result in suspension, as described later on this page.

You are responsible for keeping your login details reasonably secure, in the same way you would treat any other online account. If you believe your credentials have been compromised or shared without your knowledge, contact support promptly so the issue can be addressed.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use British IPTV only for lawful, personal, non-commercial viewing. The following are examples of use that is not permitted under these terms, and this list is illustrative rather than exhaustive:

  • Reselling, renting out, or redistributing access to the service to third parties.
  • Using the service for any commercial public display, such as in a business, bar or venue, without separate arrangement.
  • Attempting to interfere with, overload, or disrupt the servers or infrastructure used to deliver the service.
  • Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any device or connection limits attached to your plan.
  • Using the service in a way that breaches applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Our general approach to IPTV and UK copyright law, including how enforcement typically targets large-scale illegal redistributors rather than individual home viewers, is explained further on our IPTV legality page. This is general information, not legal advice, and you remain responsible for your own use of the service and for complying with the law that applies to you.

Payment Terms

Plans are sold as a single, one-time prepaid payment for the period and device count you select — for example, 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, across 1, 2 or 3 device tiers, as listed on our pricing page. Payment can be made by debit or credit card, PayPal, or crypto, whichever suits you best, and payment is required in full before access is activated on your chosen device.

There is no auto-renewal. Your access simply ends at the close of the period you paid for, and nothing is charged again automatically without your action. If you want continued access afterwards, you actively choose and pay for a new plan at whatever term and device count suits you at the time, which may be different from your previous plan. The table below summarises how billing works in practice.

Payment aspectHow it works
Billing modelOne-time prepaid payment per period
Auto-renewalNone — access ends at period end
Accepted methodsDebit/credit card, PayPal, crypto

Trial And Refund Guarantee

New users can request a 24-hour free trial before paying anything, activated over WhatsApp with no card required, so you can test the service on your own device and connection first, before making any commitment or providing any payment details.

After purchase, plans are separately covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee if support cannot resolve a genuine technical fault within that period. This guarantee has specific conditions — for example, it covers unresolved technical faults rather than a simple change of mind, it does not cover ISP-level blocking or a poor home internet connection, and it requires you to first attempt to resolve the issue with support before a refund is considered. Full detail on exactly what is and is not covered, and how to request a refund, is set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms and should be read alongside them for the complete picture.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with your use of the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant plan covering that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of enjoyment of a specific event, arising from temporary service interruptions, third-party app issues, or factors outside our reasonable control, including your own internet connection or ISP-level restrictions in your area.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Where a genuine technical fault on our side cannot be resolved, the appropriate remedy is a refund under the conditions in our refund policy, rather than any broader claim for damages beyond the amount paid for the plan.

Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service where these terms are breached, in particular for reselling or commercially redistributing credentials, sharing access far beyond the purchased device count, or attempting to disrupt our infrastructure in a way that affects other users of the service.

Where reasonably possible, we will contact you via WhatsApp first to raise a concern before taking action, since most issues can be resolved through a conversation rather than an immediate suspension without warning. Suspension for a confirmed breach of these terms does not entitle you to a refund under our refund policy, which applies specifically to genuine unresolved technical faults rather than account misuse of any kind.

You may also stop using the service at any time of your own choosing; since plans are one-time payments with no auto-renewal, there is no ongoing subscription to formally cancel, and your access simply lapses at the end of the period you paid for without any further action needed from you.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law, regardless of where you happen to be viewing the service from at any given time or which device you are using.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that part is treated as removed and the remaining terms continue to apply in full, without affecting the rest of the agreement. These terms, together with our privacy policy and refund policy, make up the full agreement between you and British IPTV regarding use of the service, replacing any earlier discussions or understandings on the same subject, whether written or verbal, and no other document, email or verbal conversation overrides them unless we confirm a change to you clearly in writing beforehand.

Questions About These Terms

If anything in these terms is unclear, the simplest step is to ask support on WhatsApp before you subscribe, rather than guessing how a particular clause applies to your situation. Support can walk you through account limits, payment methods or the refund process in plain language, without any legal jargon or assumptions about what you already know.

When you are ready, current plans are listed on our pricing page across 1, 2 and 3 device tiers, and you can always test the service first with a 24-hour free trial before agreeing to any of the terms above, so there are no surprises once you subscribe. These terms sit alongside our privacy policy and refund policy as the complete picture of how the service works, and support is always happy to point you to the right one if you are not sure which applies to your particular question or situation before you decide anything.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I share my login with friends outside my household?+

No. Credentials are for personal or household use only, limited to the number of devices included in your plan, such as one, two or three connections. Wider sharing, commercial redistribution, or resale of your login is a breach of these terms and may lead to suspension of access.

Does my plan renew automatically?+

No. Every plan is a one-time prepaid payment for a set period, from one month up to twenty-four months. Access simply ends when that period is over, and nothing is charged again automatically — you decide separately whether to purchase a new plan afterwards.

What happens if I breach these terms?+

We may suspend or terminate your access, particularly for reselling credentials, sharing access far beyond your purchased device count, or disrupting our infrastructure. Where reasonably possible, we will contact you on WhatsApp first to raise the concern, since most issues can be resolved through a conversation.

How does the refund guarantee relate to these terms?+

The 7-day money-back guarantee is part of these terms and covers genuine, unresolved technical faults after purchase, provided you have first given support a fair opportunity to fix the issue. Full conditions, including what is excluded, such as a simple change of mind, are set out in our separate refund policy.

Which law governs these terms?+

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not remove any statutory consumer rights you hold that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, regardless of where you are viewing the service from.
